Anyone
may call our office to schedule an appointment, however,
most of our patients are referred by their dentist or
a primary care physician.
The
first appointment is for a diagnostic examination and
to discuss treatment plan options. (Please visit our Printable
Forms page and bring the completed forms with you
on your first visit). Treatment at the first appointment
is available when the patient prefers not to schedule
two appointments for a simple procedure, emergency cases,
and patients traveling form a long distance.
