Treatment Fees
Treatment fees are within suggested guidelines of the Washington
Dental Service. Estimates are given at the initial consultation.
There is a charge for consultations and records for corrective
jaw and facial surgery, dental implant reconstruction and
TMJ dysfunction. For most minor procedures, there is no
charge for initial examinations, except for necessary records
such as X-rays.
Payment
Plans
Payment plans are available in most cases. We accept
MasterCard and Visa. CareCredit and Capital One Financing
are also available. Payment is due when service is
rendered in accordance with the selected plan.
Insurance
We provide billing management for your medical and dental
insurance carriers. Policy information is required on
the first appointment for patients who would like assistance
with their insurance needs.
